I am frequent traveler and have been in this hotel before with mixed experience. But these last time was really bad. First we had a very bad odor coming from an external window in a hallway (hotel is next to a big bus stop), asked to talk to the manager and and employee falsely represented the manager and dismissed my concern, then I had to call Expedia who made them change my room, where the real manager went to my room to solve the problem. Not coming back for sure!

Nothing Plus about it!
Not worth the money. No door man. You have to take 2 elevators. You have to carry your own bags. I chose the plus side expecting amenities there was nothing. I paid more and the rooms looked just like the ones in the pictures of the junior side.. The breakfast was nasty. The neighborhood is also very industrial and isolated. There is no where to walk. Save yourself the money pay like $50 more and go to the Hilton.

Tuvimos que esperar para hacer el chek in casi 45 minutos pues solo habia una persona. Al otro dia salimos del hotel a las 5:40am y con ninos pequenos pedimos que nos apoyaran con algun cafe o algun yogurt para llevar y nos dijeron que era despues de las 6:00am me acerque al restaurante y les pedi que una fruta o algo para los dos nios pequenos y me alcanzaron un pan viejo y una fruta verde. terrible!!!

Was charged more than the original amount agreed upon my reservation in spite of telling it to the person at the front. Had no battery in my phone at the time. Therefore had to come back , showed them the email from Expedia. Then she apologized, refunded me the hole incorrect charge, and charge me for the original agreed amount. Left the hotel at 5 .00 am, breakfast was included, however unable to eat anything. At least the could arrange a small bag with some breakfast to take. They do the latter at other places we have stayed.
