Parking is easy. Rooms are a good size but are showing wear, bathroom area had some permanent spots on the sink and shower, the bedcover had some permanent marks on it. Would be nice if they had a purified bottle filler fountain in the lobby, maybe some coffee, there too.

I stayed at this hotel from April 7 - September 18, 2024. My mom, 2 cats and myself. We were homeless. The accommodations are ok, the property is dated but will be getting a much needed face lift I'm told by the end of this year. The staff - Kate, Neil and Chris from the sales department. Everything was great until they screwed me out of the excise tax you are supposed to receive back from the hotel after staying for 90 days. I have been trying to get my taxes back for 2 months now. I still didn't receive my money back from Sonesta. I called the Corporate office, nothing; they referred me back to Kate the Assistant General Manager of the Burlington mass property. Now I don't even get a response to my emails anymore. The hotel staff had explicit directions on how to charge my payments to the credit card. I was charged 2 times a couple of times. If you are staying at the hotel for 90 days or more? Get your taxes back because they will not return them to you even though it's the law. I'll keep you posed on my quest to get my money back.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is in operational condition but is very aged and needs a major overhaul. The furniture is used up and shows age and usage at almost every single piece. Decent location.

Lousy communication by corporate
I usually hold off on leaving bad reviews. But my stay here was so terrible due to corporate's decision to not inform guests the elevators were under maintenance "for a week and a half". I was informed of this upon my late night arrival. My room was on the third floor and I had very heavy bags. I mean I had to make multiple trips. What comes up must come down, leaving was also miserable. No help. I live with disabilities, there should have been constant assistance with bags for everyone and communication to guests beforehand. I will never stay here again. The place itself was OK and the workers were nice. This negative review is aimed at whomever decides on communication and handling problems.

The property was clean and tidy. The staff we're friendly and helpful. The lift was broken when we got there, however they waived the parking fees as we had to get our bags up two floors. The only issue we had was the fridge in the room was very noisy.

Fair stay for the price and location!
Very good deal for the price. Local to many shops and eateries. My only wish is that they offered any kind of continental breakfast, even coffee! Also, when we were packing the car, the cleaning lady opened our door while our belongings were still there and handled our stuff which bothered us. It was pretty obvious people were still occupying the space, as we had our bags, jackets and travel mugs laying in wait for us. Other than that, front desk was nice and room was nice. Only 28 minutes outside of Salem (without traffic). Overall pleasant stay.

The staff were very attentive. Good people. As for the room, the fridge kept turning on and off and it was loud. The dishwasher was loud as well. The bed sounded like springs were popping. I think it needs some upgrades.
