We appreciate the housekeeping team's diligent work in maintaining the cleanliness of our room. Perhaps the front desk staff demonstrate greater patience and attentiveness when interacting with guests, providing a more thorough and considerate response to our needs following long flights.

The hotel is huge and if you like crowds and conventions this place is for you but rooms are small. On check in my wife and daughter were ushered to self serve checkin. I waited in the crowded foyer with our bags for some 25mins. It took a very long time and a language barrier plus the staff member was pushy and unhelpful. I did notice plenty of people lined up well after my wife leave quickly after being checked in at the front counter. Why! The bathroom was like an old cruise ship. A step up into it and then a small high sided bath with a shower curtain on a rail. Old outdated and we are sure there was mold in there. Views of Mt Fuji from 35th floor were something to smile about. The hotel has several shops which are mostly too expensive. There is a foodcourt but in comparison to other venues it's expensive to eat there. There's a 7/11 on site and it's good and extremely busy. Our booking for 2 Adults and our 16yr old daughter was incorrectly booked by the site and I had to argue to get the couch made into a bed with bedding. Somehow when i booked it the system somehow changed my daughters age to 0. The discussion I had with the person became immediately heated. There was an expectation we would need to pay 5,000 Yen extra per night and when I asked to speak to the Manager she said " I am the Manager!" Discussions occurred between parties and they conceded we wouldn't be charged extra. Laundry also inconvenient The bag drop well managed and staff were good at that area.

A dated property with small rooms. But, a very convenient location right across from the Shinegawa train station. One morning, we were online for the breakfast at the restaurant in the main lobby and a staff member steered us to another restaurant telling us it is the same buffet. So we did. The next morning, we at the the lobby restaurant and it was significantly better.

It was a nice visit as usual however hotel was crowded with tour groups and so many people. Staff did their best to expedite the travelers at check in and at the elevators

It was close to everything essential. I didn't realize what a huge hotel this was, but they had everything we needed and although the room was small, it was a minor drawback in comparison to vast amount of amenities that the hotel had to offer.

I liked the lobby and how it was presented. But staying in the annex wasn't worth it. The whole room was completely outdated and lacked any flair compared to all the hotels I've stayed at in while in Japan.

Great location - easy access from the airports, bullet train station, walking distance from the train station, lot of restaurants. The hotel is nice - has coin laundry room, large fitness room, pool use at a fee, food court, luggage storage, delivery service. The room however has limitations - much smaller than advertised, limited and inconveniently located outlets though extension cord is provided.

I am surprised to find that there is only one usable plug within the hotel room, and the second one is in the bathroom (which I am not inclined to use for charging my phone). Also, the piping system may be old, I can smell the drains from just walking into the room.

The general hotel service is good and the staffs( front desk, reception and staffs supporting check-in)were all very kind and helpful. I booked two rooms for me and my family via Hotels.com. Somehow check-in was not accepted ( I guess there was system error from Hotels. com or between Hotel.com and the hotel. The three hotel staffs had to support more than 40 minutes to solve the error( the machine didn’t accept the reservation numbers)Anyway, it was the first for last 15 years of using this app. I booked one night - one smoking room and the other is for three nights - non-smoking room. The odor of smoking room was terrible. I almost couldn’t breathe and wore a mask while I was sleeping. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and smelled bad. Non- smoking room is clean . ( my family stay two more nights)
