This was over priced, rooms looked nothing like the internet and were old and way too small for 3 people. Definitely not value for money- restaurants also way over priced for dated venues and average food. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for the price and location, across the street from Shinagawa train station, from there you can go anywhere by train. Airport limousine drops off at hotel from Narita airport. Breakfast option is a must, I have stayed at many other international chain hotels in Tokyo, this just as good for less than half the price.

Great location, upscale hotel at less than half the price of international chain hotels. Across street from Shinagawa Train station, you can go anywhere by train from Shinagawa Station. Airport limousine drops off at hotel. The breakfast option is awesome for the price. There are three hotel towers at the Shinagawa Prince hotel and all 3 are connected to the same lobby. Have stayed at other hotels in other districts of Tokyo and this hotel is my favorite. Quick train ride to any other district train station.

The location is convenient, it's about 5 mins to the station. The check-in is 3pm which is quite late and check-out timing is at 11am which is too early! Didn't realised the booking was in the Annex building which is so old. Though room size is decent but the furnishing is dated. The location of the TV is at a very awakard direction which make watching programme very uncomfortable.

Pool is a waste of time and money just TERRIBLE
Well where do I start, my wife and i travelled around Japan for 2weeks and were looking forward to a nice place to stay and chill out around a pool after doing all the tourist attractions in 35 plus heat in August .. so found this Hotel with 2pools .. sounds great right!! BUT not so after checking in we found out that the pool a had a VERY EXPENSIVE cost to enter$70Aud PLUS to have Deck chair $35 AUD .. so gave that a miss ..Just Don’t go there for the Pool 👎👎

too crowded and they have no flexibility about early check in, you have to spend 30,40 minutes waiting in line to store your bags if you arrive early. Other than that,great location, friendly staff and lots of restaurants and shopping.
