Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff, close to transportation and walkable to historic attractions and removed from the crowds and noise of touristic attractions. Has a really nice cafe close by situated in an open garden space, they serve delicious coffee and breakfast. It is also open for food and drinks later in the evening.

Favorite hotel in Boston!
Fabulous stay! We didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back. Lounge staff was superb. Front desk was extremely friendly. Even housekeeping when passed in the hallway was cheerful and asked if they could help us in any way.

Beautiful, historic hotel
Beautiful hotel with excellent service. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Amazing ballroom with original paintings of the Lincoln and Washington. Grana restaurant is a gorgeous room. Very historic hotel. Liked the location in Boston.
