Not a good experience . The room is too hot .because we have a problem on the a/c is on the heating we told them that we don’t need the a/c no one come too fixed it .. and the are not friendly the staff of the hotel .

Well Worth the price
Friendly welcome , room was good unlike some other hotels in Hungary , the mattress was really comfy. The breakfast was better than i expected reading previous reviews and this was an all round value for money experience.

Black cockroaches in the room
I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. At the arrival I was told the garage is full and I have to park outside and pay. One of the reason I have booked this hotel was for parking possibilities. Hardly no light in the bathroom. Out of 4 ledlights only 2 working. Second day , after returning from our city tour, I have found two cockroaches in the room. One on the bedsheets and one on the courtain. I took them to show the receptionist. Offered to give us another room...didnt agree as i lost all my trust in their cleaning. During check out I asked to speak to a manager as I was told i will be able to do this only in the morning. Ofcourse the receptionist from morning shift said there is no manager available. Unprofessional staff, nobody appoligised at least. I cannot review this Hotel not even with one star. I will give it one star only for the the location towards our event.

Lovely Hotel
Lovely staff, all very accommodating. Cannot fault the service at all! I think my only big problem was the fact there are ko curtains! Luckily I had an eye mask, but had I not, I don't think I'd be very happy! The room was lovely, basic but for the price I can't complain. Well decorated & modern! Breakfast was delish. Traditional Hungarian breakfast, and that was perfect as I intended on trying the local delicacies. I planned on staying in a hotel in the city, this hotel is about a 7 minute taxi ride, or 5 minute metro from the city centre. If you're looking to immerse yourself in the local area this is the best hotel to stay in. It's right next door to burger king, a local bakery, a local pub, a local supermarket, and be metro to take you straight into the city centre. I would happily stay here again, good value, lovely staff, good location, nice food.

Hotel is ok if you have activities in Arena Center. Metro station is near. Breakfast, for me, wasn't good. I like healthy food, there was no fruit, very cheap food on table. It was clean, but could be better.

Out of the city but good connections.
Pleasant clean hotel. We had a superior room which was spacious and airy. The towels were changed daily and everything was as I would have wished it for a very reasonable price. Good breakfast choice on the buffet. Helpful staff.
