Gives me a cozy feeling as smaller hotel and pet friendly with reasonable pet rates. Older property but still Well maintained. My only issue was hot tub was down and was long forward to using it

I would have rated it higher but my stay was interrupted by very noisy occupants in other rooms. They were running up and down hallways yelling and slamming doors. Really why don’t hotels reserve the top floor (quietest) for 55 seniors and put noisy families on the remaining floors below????? It would solve many a complaint and let those who wish to rest-rest!

A good place to sleep.
In Calgary for Family Event. Much of the family stayed here for the weekend as it was close to the venue. Everything was fine. Wish the staff smiled a little more. Hot tub was clearly out of service for sometime. No note made on website.

Not sure how this hotel is protecting the customer's privacy. During my stay , I received a phone call from someone looking for a person. Apparently my name's initials matched the name of the person in question. How did the caller know what my name is? So I hung up.....then in the middle of the night, there was a knock in my room's door....the same person was knocking on my door!!! I was with my son and did not want to scare him so kept it quiet and civilized.....but it was very disturbing to find out that anyone can find out who is staying and where. And be able to freely walk around the hotel in the middle of the night.

My stay was very positive. I only found it odd that the washroom sink was outside the actual washroom. This in no way was a bad thing as I travelled alone and the sink location was just odd.
