Great start failed to keep it up
While it started great check in and accommodating special requirements for the first morning things went south come the second and third evening…. While Service was good on the first night the food was passable however on the third night staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the food came out cold and starters arrived after the mains … disappointing after such a great start.

Room fine, staff were good, food was appalling. Absolutely disgraceful. I had a pizza in the evening which was awful. The breakfast was worse. Why produce all those options for breakfast but not do any of them well. Why not just keep it simple but good quality. All you need is Good coffee, fresh croissant or a bacon roll and some fresh fruit. Maybe some yogurt and granola. That’s it but do it well! The coffee was absolutely disgusting.

Hotel clean and comfortable room of good size. Additional fold out bed for third person. Hotel quiet at night. Good buffet breakfast included. Matt, day manager very helpfull about local area and transportation links. 10 min walk to catch bus line into centre of cambridge.

Clean rooms bed very good night sleep staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast don't have good selection full breakfast no mushrooms or fried eggs No pancakes, waffle, crumpets, bagels, and so many more very limited but I did enjoy my breakfast. You need more staff on breakfast very busy they. Did very well with limit hand well done to the breakfast team.
