Couldn’t fault the hotel, excellent service from beginning to end. Welcoming, friendly staff throughout and a special thanks to Diane on reception for being super helpful. Fantastic gem of a hotel, about 25 minutes walk from Regent Street. Spacious rooms with excellent facilities- fridge, coffee machine. Bathrooms are lovely with White Stuff toiletries. Excellent blackout curtains and triple glazing so a very quiet and restful sleep. The breakfast was also wonderful with so much choice and made to order items, All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel!

Wow. Loved it. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff from Mark at reception to Dolly at breakfast. Everything about the room is high spec, designed with attention to detail -- from Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware to Hansgrohe Axor taps and shower. Bravo. Everything about the room was spot on and spotless. Plenty of quality breakfast choices and killer cocktails too. We'll be back.

Enjoyed the room, it was lovely and clean and we enjoyed our stay. One issue however was as a couple wanting to have quiet time in the pool 9pm till 10pm, we couldn’t because of 2 children unsupervised jumping in and around the pool and playing ball games with no respect for other guests like ourselves. Our visit would’ve been 5 star if it could’ve been peaceful after a busy day.
