We had a wonderful stay at this adults-only resort, and I must say the ambiance and overall vibe were peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. Among the many dining options at the resort, we especially enjoyed Casa di Luna (Mediterranean) and El Suspiro (Seafood). We were fortunate to have an outstanding waiter, Ricardo, at Casa di Luna—thank you, Ricardo! His service made the experience even more memorable. Most of the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive. Whether we were at the beach or by the pool, servers came by regularly with food and drinks. Although I don’t remember everyone’s name, I recall Christopher, our beach server, who did an excellent job. Our room was also cleaned and well-kept each day (special shout-out to Yadira, who was very sweet).

Pros: stunning hotel, staff makes you feel incredibly welcome and special. private jacuzzi and balcony for sunset watching, and access to private Inspira pools and cabanas. Cons: we were not impressed by the food or drinks- only had one memorable meal at the seafood restaurant despite eating at 6 different restaurants at the venue. Because of this, we had a hard time justifying how expensive it was comparatively. We expected amazing cuisine, and it simply wasn’t. Overall we would recommend the hotel as it’s beautiful and the staff was excellent, but we personally probably won’t be back because of the food to cost ratio.

Absolutely incredible resort with the kindest staff. Amazing food, spectacular pools — especially the Inspira infinity pool on the roof — totally worth getting an Inspira room in my opinion for that pool alone. I will be going back!

First all-inclusive vacation. This property was beautiful. if we go to Cancun again, we're definitely staying here again. 12 different restaurants on site, multiple bars, beautiful ambiance and style. Room was absolutely stunning. Staff is extremely kind and willing to help with anything you need.

Acabamos de pasar una semana inolvidable en Atelier Costa Mujeres, y no tenemos más que elogios para este lugar. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos bienvenidos y muy bien atendidos por todo el personal. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, con habitaciones modernas y cómodas, y áreas comunes que realmente te hacen sentir en un paraíso. Queremos hacer una mención especial al restaurante Los Suspiros, donde la calidad de la comida y el servicio fue excepcional. Agradecemos muchísimo al chef Luis por todas sus atenciones. Su pasión por la cocina se refleja en cada plato que nos sirvió. Cada comida fue una experiencia deliciosa, con ingredientes frescos y sabores únicos. La dedicación y cuidado que pone en su trabajo hizo que nuestras cenas fueran uno de los puntos más destacados de nuestras vacaciones. También queremos agradecer al mesero Donovan del restaurante Mercado 19, quien hizo que nuestros desayunos fueran aún más agradables con su atención y amabilidad. Además, el restaurante Cilento fue nuestro lugar favorito para el almuerzo, con una variedad de platos deliciosos y un ambiente encantador. Atelier Costa Mujeres es el lugar perfecto para relajarse, disfrutar de excelente comida y ser mimado por un equipo que realmente se preocupa por sus huéspedes. ¡Sin duda pronto regresaremos!

We went to the EL SUSPIRO restaurant for lunch, ordered salads and then found peaces of dirty napkins on our salad plates. Next day we went there for dinner and I found small peace of glass in my tomato salad

One of the best resorts we have ever been to! Room was beautiful and clean with a wonderful veiw of the landscaping and ocean. All of the resturants were wonderful , the steakhouse was our favorite ! The staff is AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond everyday ! From the pools , the spa , the property everything was amazing! I highly reccomend booking your trip here , we cant wait to come back :)
