This is our 2nd trip to atelier but terrible checkin experience. Food was okay but spa & other concierge service is not acceptable. Booked ocean view suite but not available when checked in. Stay was Okay. Checking process was slow. It took almost one hour to get into the room once we arrived there at ~6 PM. We had reserved their Inspira suite. However, location of the suite was 0.4 miles from the beach. You could serve Golf card to go back and forth, although there was wait time. It is big establishment. Services are scattered. Food was average. Service was good, although one has to ask for it.

The room was Amazing and the food was beyond belief. Facilities were amazing. Only bad thing was the pressure to attend the vacation club meeting. So funny they said the meeting would have no pressure, but the amount of pressure just to attend was ridiculous. Met a couple who went and the first offer for the vacation club was $70,000.00.
