The hotel is fabulous, it has many restaurants to choose from, with a menu to satisfy anyone. There are several bars and they have live music and they are very welcoming. The live shows every night on the main stage has a lot to offer. You will not be bored and will run out of time before taking in every thing that is offered.

Liked the many restaurant options, food was really good, great idea to have hamburgers and tacos poolside, excellent drink options, all employees extremely polite and helpful. Two things that can be improved: free shuttle to and from the airport should be included in hotel stay. Secondly, pillows are too soft and mushy, no structure. Got a neck cramp from the pillows. Bed was great though.

Everything was great, we are very satisfied, delicious food, very clean room, cleaned a couple of times a day, restaurants with different cuisine, special thanks to the guys who make cocktails on the beach (Vicente, Natan Ramos, Domingo) Thank you for your efforts on my day of Birth. guys You are the best, thank you to everyone who made our vacation unforgettable.

10/10! Absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun! I never leave reviews for anything, but I had to leave one for this hotel. I am extremely picky and have stayed at other all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and I have to say I am VERY HAPPY with my stay here last week. Food: EXCELLENT. Great selection at the buffet, and all the restaurants were great. Great quality ingredients that I am used to back home in Canada. Strong drinks and lots of options. Staff: The staff is AMAZING. Shoutout to Georgina and everyone at the front desk of the main lobby, and Fernanda and Ivan in the Turquoize section. Everyone was so accommodating and made sure we had the best experience possible. Rooms: Hotel rooms were VERY CLEAN and smelled great. Modern rooms and good amenities like the in-room tablet for room service etc. Hotel: Of course the location was STUNNING and unique, with one of the best beaches in Cancun for swimming. On-site pools and hot tub were great too. Daily BBQs outside in the pool area and rooftop, lots of cool events each night as well. Hotel is nicely updated with lots of seating areas and amazing view points.

We loved each and everything except for a gentleman by the name of Diego, making us feel small just because we didnt decide to give thousands of dollars for packages that were not convenient for us. The personnel before that was courageous and polite , but Deigo was rude and abrupt. It seemed like as we had asked to sit there and waste our time. A simple no should've sufficed. The resort needs to know that majority of its customers are those that are not a part of playa collection membership. Besides this it was a wonderful experience.
