The resort is located in the countryside and is gated which is very nice. Overall the room was in ok condition. However, given its location in the countryside there was a lot of spiders/webs in the room. The A/C was only able to cool the room to 25 degrees Celsius, which was a bit disappointing. Internet was working fine. Staff was very friendly and service was good. Breakfast was standard. We were there for one night stay.

Resort agréable.
Rien a redire sur la propreté qui est impeccable. Les chambres sont modernes et confortable. Dommage l'extérieur sur les jardins ne donne aucune intimité... On est littéralement avec les voisins. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire mais suffisant (c'est un peu mesquin de faire payer un supplément pour un oeuf ou une omelette). Les personnel est prévenant. Par forte chaleur ce serait bien de pouvoir profiter de la piscine jusqu'à 20h.

Wir wurden sehr entäuscht. Wir haben mit Absicht für unsere Tochter ein Hotel mit Pool ausgesucht. Als wir jedoch ankamen hiess es der Pool sei geschlossen, obwohl es 31 Grad warm und sonnig war. Für ein Entgegenkommen für die bezahlte und nicht benuzbare Dienstleistung war der Chef nach Rücksprache nicht bereit. Anzufügen ist noch, dass wir für 170 Euro ein Abendessen konsumiert haben und nicht einmal die Bereitschaft ein Kaffee zu offerieren da war. Da das Resort mit Pool angepriesen wird, dieser jedoch nicht gebraucht werden durfte, können wir die Villa Carolina nicht weiterempfehlen.

Resort?!? A 4 stelle?!?
Il titolo di resort non si addice ad una struttura che ha le tariffe di un 4 stelle, ma non offre servizi in linea: camera piccola, senza appoggio per i bagagli e per gli oggetti; lenzuola strappate e con peli, federe macchiate in più punti, copriletto decisamente vecchio, materasso scomodissimo; presenza di piccoli insetti e ragni (in campagna può accadere, ma la stanza va rivista prima di consegnarla al cliente); bagno senza nessun appoggio per gli asciugamani da bidet e da viso, box doccia in plastica da hotel di bassa categoria; area esterna ancora da ultimare con cantiere di lavori in corso e verde non curato; tavoli esterni con escrementi di piccione (non puliti durante tutto il tempo del soggiorno); colazione povera e senza alcun prodotto artigianale; customer care imbarazzante: assenza di reception dopo le 21 e neppure l'acqua del frigobar offerta a titolo di scuse dopo le nostre lamentele. L'unica nota positiva va al ristorante: una buona cena con prezzi assolutamente onesti. Probabilmente il concetto di 4 stelle andrebbe rivisto. E di molto.

N'est pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions
Personnel mal aimable, un patron qui ne dit même pas bonjour, une piscine à 2 km de l'hôtel, il faut insister pour avoir une voiturette pour s'y rendre, un buffet où vous ne pouvez pas vous servir (cause covid 19) mais vous êtes servi par un serveur en sueur qui s'essuie le front avec sa main avant de vous tendre votre assiette ! Un hôtel qui veut être ce qu'il n'est pas. La chambre est spacieuse, propre, bien agencée. Les taies d'oreiller sont d'un inconfort incroyable. L'hôtel est loin de tout est difficile à trouver. Même le Outlet est à 30 minutes. Beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations. Et l'accueil est à revoir. Sinon le golf est très beau.

Smuk golf bane område. Hotellet ligger langt væk fra alt og nærmeste byer, er ikke som smukke byer vi kender fra Italien. 20 km til det største mærke varer outlet. Meget små værelser . Morgenmad lidt kedelig . Meget veniligt og sødt personale. Ok pool område. Dog ligger poolen 2 km fra hotellet, så man låner en golf vogn . Vil kun anbefale det hotel til golf folk.

Wird sicher mal toll, wenn es fertig ist!
Herzlicher Empfang, danach leider enttäuschend. Das Hotel ist nicht fertig, nur gerade ein Haus war bezugsbereit, vieles ist noch Baustelle. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite gebucht, das Zimmer war aber ziemlich klein. 'es sei das Beste - im Moment ' Halbpension: Abendessen im Golfclubhaus war nicht möglich. Wir mussten auswärts essen gehen und erhielten einen Voucher. Eigentlich möchte man ja das Auto nicht mehr benutzen müssen, wenn man Halbpension bucht. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr schön.

C'est effectivement un complexe en cours de construction donc les alentours sont en travaux et en semaine on peut être dérangé par le bruit des travaux par contre le patron est très sympa et nous a aimablement montré la piscine où nous nous sommes rendus en voiturette de gold

Very nice hotel at the countryside
A very nice hotel. It seems new, everything fresh and clean. It's situated on the countryside so really calm and peaceful. Perfect for golf players but we were only passing through and enjoyed one nights stay with great breakfast ans service!

Alors le plus gros défaut de L hôtel est que les extérieurs sont encore en travaux donc on se retrouve au milieu du chantier mais la partie finit est très agréable et du coup toute neuve Mais j aurai aimé que cela nous soit signalé avant de réserver Le domaine golf est magnifique et la petite balade en voiturette de golf pour aller à la piscine à travers le domaine est très sympa Le service est super l accueil aussi
