Level 1 had no ramp to get to level do we had to lift all suitcases up stairs. Long walk to room from entry point. Received complementary upgrade to spa suite where spa was disconnected and not working. On the upside, it was well priced, it was quiet and clean enough for an older hotel. Felt like an old hospital converted to a hotel?

Rooms were large. Beds and linen were soft and clean.QR codes unavailable,no printed information available had to contact Reception. Insufficient coffee and milk supplied for number of guests staying.No towel rail or anywhere to hang clothes in bathroom,had to put on floor. We were not informed ,guided or supported before,during or after practice fire drill?? Recommend staff training in basic hospitality. $10 returnable was supposed to be back in account in 2 hours 4 hours later still nothing. Again poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

I wasn’t happy with this property. For the price that we’ve paid was much more expensive than what I expected. The air conditioner was not working. The phone in the room was broken. The bathroom are old and the amenities are not updated. I will not go back again.
