I thought I did this already. I guess I will do it again. This is our favorite go to hotel. We seem to be here quarterly since we are both retired and can get away more. For us this is an affordable place to come to for a change of scenery and to visit the area restaurants and stores. We love the convenience of having Frank’s Place available in the hotel in case we want to stay in. We know the staff there now that remember us too so it’s like visiting your friends. This hotel had a change in management. We are hoping they new hands will keep it affordable for us to return. Everything so far seems the same but I know there are slight changes. One change that I did notice seems to be the bedding. Our beds had 2 types of sheets, nice crisp breathable cotton sheets and also hot sweaty polyester sheets. I know polyester sheets may be cheaper to use but they sleep too hot. We had a bit of a sweaty, clammy sleep on them. If possible new management please do not switch to those sheets. I had to take the polyester sheet off my bed. Poor husband had to sleep in complete polyester and was soaked every day. Hope cotton will still be the norm and the polyester was just a test.

We love this hotel, it’s our go to getaway place. Everything was and is always great. The only thing that is concerning to me is our beds had all polyester sheets. Please please please don’t switch to these sheets instead of the cotton sheets 🙏. Polyester sheets are sweaty hot for sleeping. I know there is new management there and these type sheets are cheaper but please don’t switch to them. I had one sheet on my bed and my husband had all polyester sheets. I had to take the polyester sheet off as I was soaked from it . He had so suffer in them and he was also soaked. They are sooo uncomfortable. Please consider this request.

The Hilton property was of excellent quality and value. Beyond having many amenities on site, the staff was professional and courteous. The only downside was that the internet speed is relatively slow. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Check in was pretty slow it took 20 minutes to check in the person in front of me. Also when we woke up in the morning the lady at the front desk couldn’t figure out why coffee wasn’t out. She called someone who said no coffee on Saturday or Sunday even know coffee was out Saturday morning. I’m expecting my coffee at a hotel when I wake up so this is piss poor. I’d like some compensation.

Pool was horribly dirty. It was in the basement, which was filled with mosquitos. The water was not clean and I did not want to even attempt going in. The hottub was also way too hot, which the staff quickly fixed, but we realized it was best to avoid all the water. Also never received security deposit back.

The room was decent however the water pressure in the shower was awful , also it was either a steaming trickle or a cold trickle. Also on the 2nd day they failed to clean the room. They offered to clean but I was back in my room at 4 and it was too inconvenient. I will not stay here again.
