Wonderful staff great location pools were amazing. Basics seemed lacking. Elevators one was out of service the other didn't work with regularity. I could over look this at a budget hotel. This is a resort.

I love the historic feel of this place. It's old school charm at it's best. Super place for a special occasion. I was a little surprised at the number of children that were staying but was happy that there was an adults old hot pool to enjoy. The Copper Room was a great experience for upscale dinner and a show. Can't wait to go again!

Our stay at Harrison hot springs was very disappointing. Firstly, we arrived (after check in time) only to find our room wasn't ready for us. Then to find our room with lamps not even working, light switch broken, and stains on the floor. The stains were so bad that we felt uncomfortable to be shoeless in the room. The beds were terrible uncomfortable, and the room was extremely cold at night. Lastly, house cleaning knocked on our door wanting to clean our room prior to check out time.

Some staff were amazing, others not. They have several sections in this hotel, new and old and we were in the old section, pet urine stains on the carpet, stains on the ceiling in room 429. no plugs to put your electronics on on the bed stands, this is simiple just change the side lamps with ones that have plugs. The quiet pools werent quiet at all. But all in all I would go back, we had a good time

Great place. The only thing that was very upsetting is that our rooms were t ready at 4, check-in time. We couldnā€™t get in until 4:45. We talked to se real others with the same situation. I had come in from nyc just to share an overnight experience with my family and our time was cut.
