Need more staff period! Room was not available at check in time came back 630 pm to be told they need to go into our rooms see if they were ready then. Mold in bathroom ceiling. No shampoo in bathroom. Mattress old and worn out. Toilet bowl brush laying in hallway outside our room.

Total chaos-never again
Upon arrival even though I had a reservation they did not have any rooms available-we had to wait for rooms to be cleaned..I had booked a king bed-we did NOT have a king bed. 4 different times of leaving my room I could not get back in and had to go to the desk and have them reprogram the keycard-and everytime I had to wait in line behind numerous angry customers who had reservations and did not have a room to go to..I sat my beverage on the nightstand to go take a shower and when I came back it was covered in ants-my husband didn’t have any hot water when he took his shower. I know it’s probably not the staff that actually work at that hotels fault-all these places using third party booking makes things a mess and the staff are taking the brunt of the chaos..the police had to be called also while we were there due to so many angry customers. And I totally understand their frustration We have definitely learned our lesson. We will never stay at a crown plaza hotel again. I am sure I am leaving out other things that happened but at least people will know how we feel.

Absolutely the worst experience at any hotel I have ever experienced. Took over an hour to check in, to never get a room. They told me my card was declined and I showed them where it took the money out of my account, they 8 people in front of me came back to the front desk to tell the person at the desk all the rooms they checked into were all dirty. There was no hot water in the hotel which was confirmed by 3 different people already staying there. Unprofessional front desk. I ended up booking a hotel at a different location and still haven’t received a refund. Over 40 people in the lobby waiting to check in all to be told they didn’t have any rooms and it was 10 pm.

Despite a reservation we tried to check in and they did not have any rooms cleaned and ready @5 pm. Since we weren’t in a hurry and the staff told us it would be approximately an hour before we could check in , we left our number per their request so they could call us when ready . After 3.5 hours waiting they informed us there was no rooms left. We then had to scurry and try to find another hotel. Very disappointing!!!!!

Both shuttles were down. The one being pulled out of service for no brakes. Our flight was at 605 am and we needed to take the shuttle to the airport at 330 am which is when we found out there wasnt a shuttle. The regular driver was conveniently there using his personal vehicle that already had a sign saying rides were$20 a person so we had to pay$60 when the shuttle was supposed to be free and the reason we chose to stay there

Was not satisfied with the hotel. When you do not have room service and go to the desk to ask for clean towels being told that if you are staying more than one night they do not supply clean towels and the desk person was very unprofessional about it. Plus there was one trash can in the bathroom. I will never stay at your hotel again.

Easy access to 71 is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. My husband enjoyed the coffee in the rooms.

We checked in and placed our bags in the room, from that moment until 1am we were unable ro reaccess our room, they had no other rooms and were not going to be able to get us into our room until morning when a manager would be in. Someone, not sure his position but was wonderful and got us in our room. When i asked in the morning for a manager i was told there was not one in. The staff was overall not helpful. The desk clerks did not believe that we could not get into our room. However the one person that did assist us says that it happens all the time. Save your money and stay somewhere cheaper.

check in took alone time. when entering lobby no staff was available to assist. Check in staff only spoke to ask for id and credit card then just placed card on counter. Did not even state our room number or even said hello. when we got into our room TV did not work. called front desk. Clerk was a male this time and was very short. Maintenance did bring a new remote that fixed issue about 1 1/2 later
