Disappointing
I was incredibly disappointed that the hotel was under construction during my visit. In addition, being on the 5th floor with an elevator that only worked part of the time was frustrating. I did not want a room on the 5th floor if I new I would need to walk up and down the stairs several times.

Room design is poor. For example, hand towels are next to the shower and batch towels are near the sink. So, you where ever you are, you have to walk over to get a towel. No housekeeping was provided on the first day, even though I requested it. At 9:30 PM there was a know on our door, waking us up, to inquire whether we requested extra pillows. At around 11 PM, someone was taking a shower in the room next door which cause a loud buzzing in our room making it impossible to sleep.
