Facility was very nice, comfortable and staff were friendly. I came to town for a heart operation, and I have limited ability to climb stairs or walk long distances with bags etc. The hotel has only 1 elevator, in center core...so make sure you get a room close to the elevator if you have heart/lung issues, or you are old like me, or both! :)
