It’s a good 3-star hotel, front desk staff friendly and efficient. Miss Kimmy and Miss Kayla are particularly excellent at their roles. Rooms - both standard and suites - are spacious and very modern. Very high standard of cleanliness is evident in both of the rooms and all of the public areas. I have never tried the restaurant. Here are some suggestions: 1. The floors are hard surface in every room; they should be mopped every day, not merely swept. 2. It is a long way from the front desk to the elevator bank up to the rooms; minimum, there should be more than one or two baggage carts available at the front door. These are suggestions; overall very high marks for this property,

Beautiful to look at but not in great shape on the inside. Repaird needed in our room, as simple as a light bulb in the vanity mirror. Other options in the immediate area. Great food choices close by. Easy access to 77

Unfortunately during my stay there was a motorcycle event happening at the same time and listening to blaring music people talking loud outside the building until at least 3 am in the morning. The front desk should have had better control. Bathroom towels were of low quality (very thin)

My stay was ok. I walked and checked in. Only one of the three ladies at the desk said hello. The other two were talking amongst themselves about something not pertaining to work. Got my room key. Went to the room. The door wouldn’t open. So I had to go back down to the lobby to get another room given to me. As I left this morning, the clerk had stepped away from the desk, and I really didn’t feel comfortable leaving the room key in a little black tray… Over all, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

When we arrived there was no soap in the room, called down to the front desk, and they said they were all out. No offer to find a way to get soap. I had to run to a walmart and buy my own soap so I could wash my hands after using the washroom.

Room was nice and clean, had a small fridge and the bathroom was also clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site but I did not have a chance to eat there. There is a large gas station next door for any quick food or drink. Lots of eating options close to this property which is on Two Notch near I77. Parking was lighted and had plenty of spaces.

Hotel is a good stay especially for the price and convenience of having plenty of food options, dunkin, starbucks and plenty of stores in the area. Only issue we had with our stay was with housekeeping. If we were still in the room getting ready when they tried to clean they didn’t come back later in the day so 2 of the days so we had to call for towels

The bathroom floor was slightly wet upon arrival but didn’t realize till the next morning that the toilet was leaking. And appears not to be a new leak. Laminate floor was really squishy. Only stayed 1 night so hurried and got out of there
