Heritage building with comfort
Beautiful heritage building, with amazing ceilings in the lobby showing its bath house history. Room was a good size, with comfortable bedding, modern bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Great location forthr strogget and tivoli gardens.

Very clean and friendly. Beautiful reception and staff were kind and efficient in getting us in the room early before check in which was nice. There was building works going on so it was quite noisy at times. The rooms wardrobe was coming off the wall and the doors were hard to open. The floors were very loud. Very creeky so you couldn’t move around quietly. We felt we were probably disturbing the room below us due to the floor. Our room was smaller than the one advertised however it was still very nice. Over very nice and would stay again.

Great area. Lovely communal areas. The room lacked a mirror other than the bathroom. The coffee machine was chargeable which we were unimpressed with. The room had no bath mat, one of the radiators was broken. The room was not cleaned or towels replenished so the housekeeping was poor. The room was old and needed an update - its clear that it is an older hotel. Overall it was ok value for money and the bar and staff were great but if you like a really nice room with good amenities probably not the place to stay!
