Centrally located this hotel is close to shops and places to eat. We had a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and good value. The washing-machine was leaking and the staff quickly located us to the next door apartment which was appreciated. While the rooms seem fairly new, there is wear and tear in places. Would stay again as it's hard to find affordable apartment options in the CBD for families.

Disappointing that the so called pool was not designed to suit all people. If people were disabled even in a simple way, it would be a challenge for them to use it as no railing on the steps. But, apart from the pool, the staff were pleasant and the rooms clean.

The hotel is located in the cbd that’s convenient and accessible to our needs within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are easy to find. Safe area. The room is comfortable and clean.

The set up of the room was not convenient. It was difficult for me and my husband to move around. The bed was too small. The accommodation was convenient, central to dining areas. I did not like the accommodation.
