Great property for great price. It wasn’t over crowded, the pool was fantastic, breakfast was very good and included in the price, and the facilities were nice. The ONLY problem I had was getting housekeeping to come to the room when requested but that was partially our fault as they did try to come once but our baby was sleeping. We asked them to come back later which they didn’t then asked again the next day and they didn’t. Once we brought it to their attention it was quickly resolved. Many things were within walking distance including Daytona Lagoon water park and shops. I would definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in Daytona!

Service was great.
Our stay happened during the IT outage. Our flight got cancelled and we would miss one night of our stay. We called the hotel and they changed our reservation and was very accommodating. The hotel is older; furniture was dated. Our room had a balcony that partially faced the beach. But next door to the hotel was a bar that played music very loudly and satyed open very late. The location to the beach was great though.

Bathroom door & closet doors broken, toilet seat broken, mold around the sink, garbage in the hallway, breakfast was always cold, and no plates. The stairs down to the beach the last step is so high an older person or a person with knee issues can’t make it. Drinks at the bar were terrible no flavor and a smell of mold.

Great location, but property had many issues. A/C was out in several areas of the property, bar was closed two of the days during our stay, we requested room service three times and never received it. We also were charged for parking but several nights there was no parking available.

Overall great place nice pool, nice location, I’ve stayed at nicer hotels but this one is pretty clean for the age of it. The elevators are a bit small and slow but thats really the only complaint i would have. I would stay there again.

4th of July family vacation
Great location is my compliment. Otherwise: Parking was cramped. When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk. There was no bell to ring for service . We had to wait. There was no air conditioning in the lobby. It was hot and frustrating to check into this hotel. Hotel needs updating. There are eight floors and only two small elevators. I didn’t measure the size but would guess them to be about 3 ft x 5 ft. The load is two people or one family per elevator. The breakfast area did not have air conditioning and it was too hot to eat in there. The hot breakfast items not stocked and therefore my family did not feel satisfied. I implore this hotel to update and hire more staff.
