The resort is obviously dated and has suffered from some recent hurricane damage. The beach is nearly non existent, and the noise from the surf is deafening! The first room we were put in was cute and looked to be perfect, until the ants showed up. Thousands of little crazy ants were all over the place!

This property itself looked to be doing some rehab or renovations. As a VIP member I was give. Drink passes and was never able to use them due to inconsistent hours of the Tiki Bar. Housekeeping operations are awful. We checked in Sunday, we were supposed to receive clean towels and trash service daily. We did not get clean towels until Tuesday night and that was after reporting the need several times. On Wednesday we did get checked on by housekeepers, however we told them we were out of toilet paper and they didn’t leave us any. The rooms themselves seem nice, it just seems that things are just very mismanaged.

Stayed here during Christmas holidays and it wasn't too bad. The website ads are a little deceptive but it wasn't a nightmare. The place was aged but did have renovations. There was construction going on by seawall but I'm sure that will be ready by next season. The indoor pool was pretty good and sauna was very nice sized and very toasty warm. Parking is a tight squeeze with not a lot of room to move around. The room altogether was good and clean I can't complain. I only stayed few days but it would work fine for longer. Stores are close by and a 24 hour IHOP right across the street. They do serve complimentary doughnuts, coffee and juice during breakfast on the 2nd floor of the south tower. A little more breakfast items would have been nice. All in all not bad stay but not over the top either.

We stayed for one night on New Years Eve. The place is a little run down but they are working on cleaning and renovation. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing and large. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was a family fan favorite. We will definitely return. Thank you for the hospitality

We needed to stay an extra night and had to re-book a new room. We debated staying elsewhere but friends were staying at this resort. The resort could use some major upgrades on the outside. The rooms themself look nice but in our second room the tub piece to close the drain was soo rusted it would barely move and even when did it wouldn’t close the drain, the bathroom door handle was hard to turn and my father in law got stuck in the bathroom for a second, the balcony door if not locked wouldn’t close, the door jam was soo rotted or broken it looked like someone kicked the door in. Two of things are such a minor fix I don’t understand why they can’t fix those. I think the resort would be great if they would update these things. I orig booked a kids suite but when arrived was told room wasn’t avail and they had to upgrade but we lost a king bed that we wanted due to toddler who sleeps in our bed. Would consider a stay in the future if the price was right.

Excellent. The outside of the building shows its age but they have been updating the inside of the rooms. We will be back. Access to the beach, ocean, main road and grocery store right across the street. Don’t be scared off by the outside appearance. IT IS A GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check in was good, hotel itself can use updating, rooms weren’t horrible but did have paint peeling from door, the tub didn’t have a nothing to plug for bath for little kids when messaged desk they said they would send someone up but they never came, bathroom door wouldn’t latch even if locked. Still maintenance never came. Hot tub cleanliness was a little sketch. Parking sucked the last night we had to park in a different portion on the hotel. Was next to elevator and anytime elevator was used no matter the floor we could hear it dinging through the night. Would consider staying again if the price was right.

This was essentially a business trip that I turned into a mini-vacation. My wife was there most of the day and she enjoyed herself and wants to come back. This was in an off-season stay, so there was construction and crews around. This place is going to be awesome in the Summer. Wish I could come back then.
