This is a great place today, especially if you get a suite with lounge access. Free food and drinks. The room was nice. The staff were very accommodating. It seemed to be 20-25 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, but that may just be Bangkok traffic.

When I travel to Bangkok I enjoy the convenience (connected to the Terminal 21 mall and train stations) and service this hotel provides. The rooms are spacious enough and the staff is good at cleaning the rooms. My shower door did not stay fully closed but I'm not sure if it's due to aging of the room or if it's a faulty shower door. You can definitely get a cheaper hotel but for me this hotel offers a great balance between cost, convenience and overall quality of a hotel.

Great place to stay cheap for extended stays. Breakfast can be included if you make a deal. Good buffet for many cultures. Rooms are slightly outdated but overall good enough condition to sleep in since you’ll never be in the room since there’s so much to do. If you need anything that’s not in the room the staff are some of the most attentive I’ve seen anywhere in the world. So so nice. Not the most expensive, but definitely not the cheapest. I stayed for 21 days and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. I would recommend to anyone that wants a good bang for their buck or has a family. Perfectly located in the heart of Bangkok.
