Deer Heaven is a Beautiful and Large Home with 3 bedrooms & 3 Full Baths with a Sleeping Loft & Fire Pit. Located in the Coosawattee River Resort.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and other appliances as well as a washer and dryer right off of the kitchen.

A wooden dining table seats 6 and there are 2 counter bar stools for additional seating.

The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV and a gas log fireplace. Large Sofa with an Over Sized Chair & Ottoman.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a King Size Bed, a 30 inch flat screen TV, and Dresser. There are French doors leading out to the back private deck with Table & 2 Chairs.

Full Private Master Bathroom.

The second bedroom is also on the main floor with a Queen Size Bed and Dresser and Flat Screen TV. French Doors lead to the Wrap Around Deck, and stairs leading to the Fire Pit.

Full Bathroom on the main floor, which also leads into the 2nd Bedroom.

The third bedroom is Downstairs with a Queen Size Bed and Dresser with a Flat Screen TV. French Doors lead to the Back Yard and Fire Pit.

The main floor deck has a Gas BBQ grill off the Kitchen.

Your cabin comes with 2 Amenity Cards, located in the Welcome Book, providing entry for up to 8 guests to enjoy a wide range of amenities. Indulge in the year-round Olympic indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor pools (available from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a well-equipped gym, an exciting arcade, and various sports facilities like tennis, pickleball, basketball, and mini golf. If your party exceeds 8 people, you can easily purchase an additional Amenities Card for $59 at the Coosawattee Welcome Center, conveniently located at 25 Eagle Mountain Drive, Ellijay, GA 30540. These amenities are just a short drive from your cabin.

Apple Festival Trip
We met my son and his family in Ellijay for the Apple Festival and to spend time together. Deer Haven was perfect for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the layout and privacy of bedrooms and the open feel of the gathering space. Wrap around porch and outdoor areas were wonderful. Deer always greeted us when we arrived at the cabin. I would highly recommend this property for families.

Deer Heaven!!
Fabulous cabin for family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 furbabies!! Lots of room and beds. Deer sightings every time we looked out the back window! Well stocked kitchen made for easy prepping all meals and especially this year's Thanksgiving dinner. The amenities were an extra bonus - the kids loved them! Looking forward to a return visit - maybe in the summer.

Property was the perfect size for us. We were advised to buy deer feed and sprinkle it outside at night and we were not disappointed. We woke up to about 15 deer in the backyard. The only complaint was we opted into the amenity card and the rec center was closed for the weekend.

Spring Break with family
This was the first family vacation we had since the year before the start of Covid and the cabin welcomed our reunion with open arms. Three generations got to sit on the porch and talk, make smores by the fire pit, and play games in the living area. The rooms were cozy, and beds comfortable. It would have been nice to have an extra key and more seating in the living area. They only negative has nothing to do with the cabin, but the roads to get to the house were a bit scary especially at night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

This cabin was well stocked and had all the modern conveniences. There were a lot of deer in the area. Beds were very comfortable. The management company was very responsive when we had trouble with the gas fireplace. We enjoyed our stay.

Unforgettable Stay
We stayed at this property for a much needed family getaway. The house exceeded our expectations in every way..Spacious, clean, well equipped. Waking up every morning with a view of at least 5 deer out of your back window is the icing on the cake. We were sad to leave. Location is perfect to go from one hiking trail to another, as well as close enough to both Downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge. We would highly recommennd this home.

We had an incredible time. Special thank you to Tina with mgt company for all of her help
We had a great time hanging out with family. My brother and his family came down from PA. We had a total of 8 stay with plenty of room for all. We enjoyed watching all of the nature life. There were deer everywhere and loved watching them, especially the fawns playing together. We had smores down at the fire pit, took a dip in the community pool, btw, Bob at the pool, super nice man. Enjoyed the evenings on the front porch. We put together a puzzle and played many games of Farkle. I can’t tell you how much fun we had and the great memories we made. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We can’t wait to plan our next trip. GO DAWG!!! Beat those Gators!!

Great family trip
Nice house in a good location. Had everything we needed and the deer visited morning and night. Had 15 one evening with a 6 and 8 point buck. We got a couple bags of Feed corn so all had plenty. Only thing the boys wanted and missed was a nice hot tub. That would make it a 5 star.

beautiful house, perfect for our family get away!
The house was perfect for our two families and our 4 night stay. Big kitchen area for everyone to gather. we grilled out, had a fire and made s’mores. Deer were EVERYWHERE! Our kids were able to run around and explore! Close to tubing and downtown Ellijay. Thanks so much for opening your beautiful home to us!!

Owner needs to spend some money! Ceilings were covered in black soot from the ventless fireplace. Fireplace unusable due to propane smell. Ceilings show un-repaired damage. Fire pit was long overdue for cleaning. Cleaning of the interior left a lot to be desired. Yet another property that “sleeps ten” but only has seating for five in the living room. The American flags on the front porch should NEVER be flown at night unless they are lighted. This could be an awesome rental, but as it sits, it’s not worth a repeat stay.
