Property worked as needed. Stayed 4 days & 3 nights. They changed my room from a king to two queens. Wasn't horrible but I definitely wanted more floor space that comes with king beds. My only issue was the shower was broken and would only give warm water not hot. I needed hot bc I went for a Spartan race and needed the hot soak after. The front desk guy did great and trying to fix it but it was a plumbing issue I think. Room 115. Other than that I would stay again. Didn't get the breakfast bc it was too late a start at 6 am. Did seem like some ppl were living there long term but that's been pretty familiar in most places due to economy from politicians.

The Employee at the front desk was rude and not very understandable do to a mouth full of food. Was not really will to help when asked questions. After I responded to the text after arrival and explained same. I got in my feelings a disrespectful text from her. And then when we went down to go find someplace to eat and asked her where there was someplace close, her attitude continued. I will not be staying in that establishment again.

My room was quite dusty, especially on top of the coffee maker and desk. The bathtub was dirty, and the sink wasnā€™t draining at all. The most unpleasant aspect for me was the overpowering smell upon entering the building. For the price I paid, I would not recommend this place

The rooms were nice and good for the price point. However the service was lacking and staff was so limited it effected the check in process, breakfast foods, and check out process. One person was doing breakfast set up and checkout (who had a little attitude). When we asked for help to check out they were rude and we had to ask a second time to get help. To top it off the breakfast was not great. Eggs were dry and sausage was poor. Not the best. The pool looked nice and cleaning staff friendly but the service could be a lot better

The hotel was average, and we pretty much booked just to sleep and shower there. The location was ok, located in the back of another hotel. Staff was nice. What really bothered me was that one of the towels had a yellow stain. We were only staying for one night, but once we saw the stain on the towel we didn't even feel comfortable to take a shower.

Staff were friendly. But the property had a weird smell to it, especially in the hallway. The rooms are out dated. Needs to work on cleaning. The bathtub was very dirty and when I sleep in the bed I keep feeling something bit me and itchy was from the bed. Led parking light a very bright and will shine into the room even with curtain drawn

Drug addicts roam around and group up around the hotel, breakfast was empty by 8 and only choices to choose from was a bagel, waffle and fruit. Definitely hide all expensive belongings in your trunk and lock it up.

Got to room where there was hair all over the bathroom. Then had to listen to the adjoining rooms tv. The refrigerator was humming so loud I had to prop my suitcase up against it just to quit it down enough to fall asleep. Then when I woke in the morning I noticed the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling!! Granted my eyes arenā€™t the best, but on the back of the door it tells you the check in time of 3. Every hotel I have stayed at in the last few days of my travel had the check out time NOT the check in time on the door. Who puts the check in time on the door?? If you are in the room you are checked in! Then when I told the manager at check out about my issues with the room he said did you tell us this when you checked in? I said no I had not seen the room yet! Never will I stay here again. FYI stayed at same chain in downtown Spokane and it was amazing!

Overall the hotel was nice. We were in room 125. We thought the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Accessing the hotel property was tricky due to its location, but that's not a big deal. The AC wasn't fully operational which was frustrating. It would turn on for a couple minutes then turn off for awhile, even though it was still hot and muggy in the room. Maybe the thermostat was broken? It did blow cold air when it decided to turn on. We had it on the coolest setting and it didn't improve its function. The bathroom sink only had warm water-- we couldn't get it to ever go cold. Not the end of the world, but having both water temperatures available is ideal. Hopefully the AC issues was only a problem in just the room we had. Although the breakfast room was exceptionally warm too.
