If you like sleep or breakfast don’t stay here. People yelling all night and morning I had to leave and get a different hotel because I couldn’t get any rest.

We were checked into a room that already had people staying in. We had to go back and get assigned a new room. The vending machines didn't accept cards. Breakfast was not set up - the waffle mix machine was broken, and I had to have the attendant fix it, then the waffle iron had never been turned on so when we put the mix on the iron nothing happened. We had to leave without being able to eat.

Good property!
Overall, this was a very good stay. The only downsides that we saw were that the pool and the first floor ice machine were out of order, and when we left for holiday events on Christmas Eve, housekeeping came into our room and replaced the towels (not a complaint), but when we returned our keys no longer worked to enter our room. Otherwise, this was a very clean and quiet hotel!

Terrible
We were booked with a double bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was disgusting. We requested for relocation but the new room has water leaking from the ceiling at the shower area coming from the room above. Then we finally asked for another room and finally had been settled witha better room. Also, we were expecting hot breakfast but only breads and muffins and yogurt and cereals were provided. Home a better hot breakfast will be served in the future and facilities will be checked for proper sanitation.

A housekeeper entered my room on Thursday after we left around 1pm. I didn't want housekeeping, but I had no do not disturb sign in my room, so I assumed it was by request only. 1 out of 2 trash cans were emptied and 2 towels and the "bath rug" were replaced. So, I'm not sure why they came in the room at all.
