"A very well placed hotel with great amenities. The pizza machine was fascinating. Sadly, one of the bar staff (male) was quite condescending to one of the newer female bar staff. She was doing a good job given she was only 3 days in, he wasn’t very polite to her, it was a shame to see."

"I liked the check in staff friendly approach and also check out. I didnt like that they didnt explain you needed a voucher or ticket for the return shuttle to airport. I even made a comment that i was looking at the airport shuttle times...at the desk. It would have been helpful in this regard."
