"In the main the hotel and staff were great. Our only issue was (what appeared to be?) poor sound insulation to the room, so when other guests were off to bed after midnight, voices in the corridor and banging of bedroom doors sounded as if our room door was wide open (which of course it wasn’t!)"

"Booked last minute. I was expecting the breakfast was included but I was told not included when I checked in. I have showed the receptionist that I booked with breakfast but nothing confirmed in my email. I still have the screenshot but wasn’t something they offered me. Was very disappointed."
