When we first got there the Front Desk employee was good, she checked our bags in early for us. When we came back to check in the Front Desk employee was not as attentive as she was you her personal phone while checking us in. Then when we get to the room it is old and musty, carpet felt damp the whole stay. The beds are old, uncomfortable and the bedding was sub par. When we went to the gym they did not have any sani wipes and when brought to there attention they still did not add any by the time we checked out. Lastly, the cleaning supervisor walked into our room without knocking and when she saw we were in there she closed the door.

Worst Hampton Inn that we have ever stayed! Gym was non functional, tv and treadmill did not work! Furniture in the room was damaged! Would not recommend!

The hotel was under construction. We experienced loud noises, banging, drilling, & hammering from 7am- 7pm Didn’t sleep well, couldn’t hear TV nor ourselves talk because of the noise. The toilet was broken and had to be fixed 2 times within the same day. No soap in the bathroom. Lastly my wife was bitten by bugs while sleeping. Unfortunately we were not told about the renovations until we got to the hotel. However MJ was the manager and he is great , with a wonderful staff that went above and beyond to do the best for us to feel comfortable. Hopefully after all the renovations it will be a great place to stay. Malcom Jones best manager at hotel, not to forget Jonathan the night manager was great too..

kinda disappointing
There is a strong chemical smell on the property from whatever cleaning solution is used. My room was not thoroughly cleaned and I saw a clump of hair on the floor and the desk has stains. The walls were thin and I heard everyone walking by. The AC was also very loud. I was looking forward to using the pool but it looked gross with debris covering the top and I didn't see anyone using the pool during my stay. I was informed that the pool was only cleaned twice a week and that the next time the pool would be cleaned was Tuesday. I arrived on Friday & left Sunday so it was very disappointing that the pool was not cleaned daily. There were also guests sitting by the pool smoking weed and nothing was done about the smell. Tried to print something in the business center which had 2 printers but neither was working. Breakfast was alright and the bed was comfortable. Location was convenient.

The carpet was dirty in my room and the bed had a few grains of hair and also the shower area was full of hair. The gym smell high was sweat. The staff was friendly and courteous

Everything was good except for the rooms. It may be because of the recent storm but the closets for my room was filled with mold/mildew. After about 10-20 minutes in the room we had to change rooms. Additionally, the new room also had a moldy/midew smell. It wasnt as strong as my previous room but it was still there. To fix it precautions could be taken prior to heavy rain storms and dehumidifiers could be installed in each room, electric and chemical in case there is a power loss.
