We had to change rooms at 11 pm because our air conditioner was not working. They tried to fix it but said they might just need to replace it. I had to go ask for a different room. They were just going to leave us in a room with no air for two nights? Also the bathroom door was broken and got stuck in the bathroom … not happy with that.

I requested Anna joining room, we did nit get this however the rooms were next to each other. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast Buffet was a free for all, fight to get your food as the canteen area was not big enough. Internet good. Pool great but design not built for comfort, sharp edges all around the poolside. Parking off site. However said I would stay again as location is perfect.

I didn't like the fact I had to pay for parking after paying for the hotel. How they expect me to get there. It's a money trap

It was ok. Other than the argument with front desk “agent” Josh, it was a nice stay.

Front desk Josh was rude and arrogant. He later apologized to my daughter and me but it was an upsetting situation to deal with. Using the room key to park in the structure was an hassle when it didn’t work! Other than that the stay was good.
