Os travesseiros são finos demais. Tive que pedir para trocar ou fornecerem extras e fui questionado. A calefação não fica ligada o tempo todo numa noite de 3 graus. Tirando isso, os quartos, limpeza, café da manhã e localização são excelentes.

O Café da manhã foi uma desilução, muito fraco para uma pousada na Serra, aonde imagina ter produtos caseiros e coloniais, tudo muito industrializado. Eles desligam a água quente pela manhã, não conseguimos tomar banho as 11h da manhã pois a água estava congelada.

Esperava mais, na questão colchão, ambiente. Pelas fotos na internet, café da manhã esperava mais, faltou pãozinho francês, disseram que a padaria não entregou. Na minha opinião iria buscar em outra padaria. Outra coisa , o chimarrão não queriam que fôssemos na cozinha, enfim poderia ser melhor pelo no Tissiani. Gramado Tissiani deixou muito a desejar, pensamos que era igual ao Tissiani de Canela

Razoável.
Pontos negativos: o aquecimento não funciona satisfatoriamente nos dias mais frios. Principalmente se a pessoa ficar nos quartos no final do corredor. No meu caso, fui colocada no de nº 10. O detalhe é que o controle do aquecimento fica na recepção. Graças à iniciativa e boa vontade da funcionária Angelina, após alguns dias, consegui mudar para o de nº 3. Além disso, percebe-se que, dependendo do quarto, existe problemas de manutenção, tais como: inexistência de tomadas, falta de peças do suporte de pendurar roupas, pintura descascada, paredes sujas. As roupas de cama e de banho necessitam ser renovadas, pois estão desgastadas. Um outro ponto negativo: dependendo do quarto que a pessoa esteja, o sinal de TV é muito ruim, ou seja, não há garantia de ter/ver a imagem de determinados canais. Pontos positivos: localização, café da manhã e atendimento da equipe, principalmente de Angelina.

Reservamos 3 apartamentos. Um dos que nos ofereceram era muito mofado, com um cheiro desagradável e em péssimas condições. Depois de muita negociação conseguiram trocar por outro razoável. Os outros estavam utilizáveis, mas apresentavam problemas de manutenção, como box que não fechavam, pinturas descascadas, rejuntes sujos. Roupas de cama, cobertores, toalhas de baixa qualidade e desgastadas. Gostamos da localização, do café da manhã e do atendimento da Magui.
