I’ve stayed here many times the rooms are clean and modern. That’s why I come back and a reasonable rate. But this time we had to change rooms cuz the TV didn’t work and the toilet seat was loose and kept sliding. Overall though I do like this property and the the breakfast is good and it is a good value for the money

We requested everyday clean of the room. We forgiven the first day of not cleaning and asked them to clean the next day. We came back to the hotel the second day and still not cleaned. The cleaning lady said we just ask for a refresh. The refresh is just to empty the garbage and refill the towels. We’re so mad and asked them to clean the room. Not acceptable!

A pleasant hotel with great staff.
The staff at La Quinta Flagstaff were excellent. When we arrived, the hotel was suffering from internet and tech failure. The staff had everything under control in what could have been a disruptive environment. The room was very pleasant, well sized and clean. Noise wasn’t too bad, there were some rowdy guests in the pool our room overlooked, but it didn’t go on too long after the pool closed. The only big issue was at breakfast. The breakfast area and facilities simply aren’t big enough for the number of rooms / guests that turned up at the same time. Chaos is a mild term to use. Having to stand at a tall table trying to eat scrambled eggs with one hand is not conducive to a relaxing and hearty start to the day. But that was the only issue I’d highlight about our stay here. The staff held it together admirably when things got tough, so well done to them.
