I felt the hotel was in a safe location & the decor was updated to modern style. Our room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. They offered nice amenities & good water pressure. They offer a nice breakfast to incl. waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, fruit, & cereal. Coffee, juice & milk are also available. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our third hotel while traveling from Colorado, and by far the nicest and safest. There are NO homeless people around the area and the property is very clean and SAFE. Breakfast was good, and typical menu, if you have traveled before. My Air Conditioner would only go to 65 degrees, and so it was a bit warmer than I like. We only stayed for one night, so it was fine. The staff and facilities were very nice and clean.

Attitude of first desk clerk was not customer friendly and was confrontational from the start. She was rude and refused all attempts at logic and reason. Then she just walked off instead of checking me in. The next clerk was pleasant and listened to me and found the information that I had preregistered with on line and quickly checked us in. The only other things that I had a problem with were two things either missing of broken. The shower curtain hold up rod was broken to the extent that the curtain slide down from each end all owed water to slash out of the shower and puddle on the bathroom floor. It appeared that something or someone had been hung on the rod and had broken the tub surround where the rod was attached ( Room 417 ). The only other problem was that the hotel hot tub (I own a spa company) was missing the spa nozzles (Jacuzzi jets) which when turned on drove all of the guests out of the spa. Simple fix that any pool or spa maintenance technician can fix. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The room was cozy and clean. After a full day of hiking, we wanted to relax in the spa. The jets were not working correctly when we turned them on the jets through water in our faces.

The only negative I had for this hotel was there was no variety day by day for breakfast. If you like eggs and sausages every morning, then this hotel has it. I enjoy a variety every morning, so I had breakfast elsewhere

Not a bad hotel, quite area, clean, hotel looks like they keep it up well. Staff was the problem, housekeeping to be exact. 9:00AM, I am just getting out of shower, wife getting dressed, housekeeping women knocks once and barges into room. Wife yelled at her to get out, checkout is 11:00 AM. Hotel made some excuse that "housekeeping does that sometimes because they think guest have checked out. I asked to speak to manager, of course she was not in. I did receive an email, after specifically asking for manager to call me, making a halfhearted attempt to apologize. This hotel accept pets, we were awaken at 4:30 AM by barking dog next room over.

The room was nice Howe er the ADA bath tub was difficult to get out of and the floor of the bath tub was slippery. Also there were no recycling bins in the room or the lobby.

Are still at the La Quinta in Santa Rosa was by far better your pillows were better your beds were better than the one in Flagstaff. We didn't stay long but it was hard to get to you because they're working on the roads and the parking was middle. Other than that it was okay.
