Pleasant Stay
I chose this hotel as it is near to the Bus Terminal of my Sapa Trip. But location is not so ideal as you need to walk around 5mins to get to the lake or the central of the Old Quarter. The picture of the room looked new but actually their room looked old. Spacious room given a boutique hotel but bathroom is small. Breakfast was good though and the staff are friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, booking taxis for me etc. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice of cold buffet or cooked food included in the price. I expected a seperate restaurant and terrace from the description - which I either didn't find/wasn't directed to or they didn't have, though the location is so good you don't need it. I had a single room, and it was comfortable and clean, with good air con, fridge and toiletries, but the room was quite old and in need of redecoration. Overall I enjoyed my stay

its Great hotel for you We really love our staying at Goldenmoon Hotel Hanoi . The location is really center, the staff are always helpful and friend ( Jay and Rossa . They also know more about many places to see and a trip to Halong Bay which was arranged by them so wonderful. We loved it and sure we will comeback Hotel big Room. Breakfats great. Surelt RECOMMEND.

We loved the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the trip we booked through them to Halong Bay. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Nothing bad at all.

Lovely gesture
We had a lovely stay in Hanoi, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They gave us a small gift as we were leaving which was a completely unexpected and beautiful gesture. Hotel was convenient and there was a good range of food for breakfast. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The stay was great. The staff was always present and helpful and let us store our bags one day when we were passing through even though it was before our actual booked nights. And the bed was the size of two full size beds pushed together. It was awesome.

Lovely little hotel, centrally located
I’d booked this place based on the great reviews and overall it didn’t disappoint. The staff are really helpful-whether it be lending chargers or giving me a packed breakfast for my early morning flight home. I hadn’t realised when i’d made the booking that the cheaper, smaller rooms for solo travellers were street facing. I’m a light sleeper, so it wasn’t great for me. The hotel was fully booked that evening so there was no scope to move rooms. The staff were really kind and gave me a free upgrade to one of the larger rooms on the other side of the hotel for my final night and it made a tremendous difference. Overall I was very pleased with my stay here. It’s centrally located and you can easily get the airport express bus to and from here for under a dollar. It drops you 4mins walk from the hotel.
