大廳服務人員非常友好，我們用grab叫車，她們都會關心司機的狀況，甚至幫忙用越語溝通。房間雖然不大，但整體來說算很不錯了！唯一想建議的是，因為飯店位於老城街，週五到週日似乎有封街的時間，應該可以主動告知房客，避免房客得要在外圍然後走進去。

Excellent value for money. Great location in the Old Quarter. Efficient and welcoming staff. Very good buffet breakfast in restaurant overlooking the city with panoramic views. Good little pool and gym also spa. This was our third visit to this hotel and we loved the recent renovations and improvements We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Hanoi. This is our 4th stay at the May de Ville If you are planning to visit Hanoi stay at this hotel. Everything about it is wonderful- staff are welcoming and efficient; location is slap bang in the middle of the old quarter; facilities - gym, pool and spa are great; buffet breakfast is stupendous! Big thank you to Winnie for the large cups of green tea every morning. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough Looking forward to staying here again in the future
