We not sure but I think they mightve switched rooms because I booked the beach side but we got the riverside instead but no worries it was still worth it we had a great time indeed!! Everything was nice and comfortable gorgeous view !!! The receptionists are entitled, never smile or have kindness as the hostess they are supposed to be towards a guest. They look at you as if they were doing you a favor by receiving or helping you about the hotel and if you asking stuff to them is a bother. Annoying all of them. I was truly waiting for this stay and this is not a 5 stars property. Just a wannabe 4.5 stars. Disappointed. There’s not even a water of bottle among amenities!!! Please avoid this location, cause there are WAY BETTER hotels in Surfers Paradise that worth your money.
