This is a dump considering it is adjacent to the convention center. Room was large but that is about its only positive element. Reception staff was spotty. They refused to help arrange for transport from the train station to the hotel even though we were paying for it. This was an ordeal to say the least. They have no concierge. They offered Ā£20 vouchers for meals for value of Ā£25 in food. We got 2 vouchers expecting a value of Ā£ 50. They are disingenuous and dishonest. On checking out , our dinner cost Ā£46 so the vouchers could not be used since now the required a minimum of Ā£ 50. Stay away from this property We got 2
