A lovely hotel and food amazing however we apparently had an upgrade to a deluxe room but this room was an accessible room which we didnā€™t require so feel we should have been asked if we wanted the upgrade to an accessible room, these rooms should be saved for guests that ask for them.

Had an excellent time at this wonderful hotel, the staff were brilliant and very welcoming and helpful and sorted a better room for my mother who has mobility problems. The hotel is very clean and dog friendly which is why we picked it. Easy walking distance into the town and surrounded by restaurants. Very highly recommended

Second stay at this hotel in a delux room. Breakfast and staff very good. Room badly needs upgraded. Hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Price increase from identical stay last year makes it hard to justify using this hotel again considering the condition of the room.

Lovely hotel , the staff were very friendly and itā€™s in a great location to all the bars and restaurants. The room was very quiet, the only small issue was the bed wasnā€™t very comfortable and it was quite hot. I would definitely stay again
