Room was sizable, clean. However the entire stay was marred by the worst internet experience in years. The wifi was - not kidding - only slightly faster than dial-up. Videos took a minute to load, and there was no way to livestream. Also, no option for a premium level of speed. Unacceptable in 2025.

First my wife fell on the ice. Then we had evidence of bed bugs in our room the hotel is poor shape. Tape holding the elevator button together, phone charger didn’t work. It is not worthy of the 9.0 given to it. I will not be back

Unfortunately, we had an unforeseen overnight delayed flight but we booked a nice quiet room quickly and got excellent shuttle service to and from Dulles.
