Did not know we would be staying in a building away from reception part of building. Wish there had been better use of signs showing where to enter, exit, and where elevators were located since there was construction being done. It was very confusing once we parked. One elevator didn’t even have a working light which was scary. We took the stairs after seeing the elevators condition. The coffee maker did not work. There was not a fan in the bathroom. This was not my usual experience with Holiday Inn Express at all.

Property was undergoing remodeling construction. No one gave us previous notice. The pool was closed, the elevators were not working properly. Housekeeping was a bit lazy and needed to have more attention to detail. We had trouble with the shower and the toilet clogging. We had stayed here before but this time we did not have the best customer experience.

Absolutely awful property I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay at. The entire property is under construction for major renovations and smells like mildew/mold. One of two elevators do not work. The A/C in our room only cooled a portion of the room off.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the location was absolutely fantastic, which is why I'm giving this review 3 stars. The check-in staff was friendly and welcoming, which made a good first impression. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was dirty upon arrival, and even when the maids came to clean, they never vacuumed the floors. As a result, the floors were constantly dirty, making our feet dirty as well. Additionally, the water in the shower never got hot, which was very inconvenient. Overall, while the location and the check-in staff were great, the cleanliness issues and the lack of hot water made the stay less enjoyable. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

The room smelled moldy, and the rug was dirty . The shampoo container did not work in the bathroom along with no extra toilet paper.The roll we had was 1\3 full. When on the ground floor,the odor was that of cat or human urine.
