The property was clean and most of the staff was friendly. Two times we asked for recommendations and directions and we were giving the wrong directions and ended up on a wild goose chase. Also we found cockroaches in the bathroom and closet ugh! My partner was freaking out

Location is perfect, there is a macdonald right in front of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were amazing.

Great hotel, staff are impeccable and will go above and beyond for you. Bathrooms needs a bit of updated, they don't show those photos on the website for a reason.

I like the proximity to the beach and the zoo was nearby. Pleanty of restaurants in the area.

the facility was nice easy access to shopping area, staff is nice, but they didn't clean well after the previous guess, till food in the refrigerator, they never clean it after asked multiple time, also I asked for higher flow because I was right above the pool area, and they play Dj music into late night they couldn't accommodate me; it was hard for my husband and I to rest before midnight.
