This hotel should not rated as 4 stars hotel. It is two stars hotel. The room is not clean at all. From my side, I am sure I wonā€™t back to this place. Also, I canā€™t recommend anyone. Sorry for this but this is true for me.

The staff here were very attentive, we would call room service twice a day and each time they would come immediately and even though there was a slight language barrier they did try their best. Housekeeping was really polite too. The room itself is nice, the negative is that there is no view (I was looking at a wall with painted murals in both rooms i stayed in). The hotel is located on a busy main street so be careful when crossing the road but this street has many facilities. We had our hair done around the corner; nails done across the street, thereā€™s bakeries and smaller stores and about 10 mins down the road you can find a main road with mcdonaldā€™s, starbucks etc

The location was good and staff were helpful, but the property is in need of maintenance and furniture were stained. Our bathroom had a water damaged ceiling and the toilet flush was faulty. The shower was not working that good either. Also there were cigarettes' buts left outside our window and I remember requesting a smoke-free room. Over all more attention to details and cleanliness can help this hotel.
