spacious rooms, clean , comfortable bed and pillows , very friendly staff , specially Mehmet R . at front desk was very polite and helpful , very nice lobby and lounge , good food , great location , this is the most hotel I like in Istanbul , this is my fourth time here at the same hotel and when ever I visit again I will stay here for sure and I highly recommended it , I used the spa twice , once with my daughter and once with my husband , both times we did Hammam and massage , it was amazing , the spa is very clean and spacious

The staff at the lobby bar refused to give disposable cups stating that it is a policy….never heard of it in my 30 years of travelling and staying in almost all the major brand hotels.

Incompetent staff. They favour the needs of their local Turkish citizens to other guests. I raised a complaint over a issue I had with the pool/changing room areas, the complaint was not even taken seriously. Very disappointed with this hotel

Rooms were not cleaned correctly. I asked for my room to be vacuumed on the 4th day, but it was never done. I will never stay at a Hilton again, preferring to pay for comfort and cleanliness.

I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day. There was also a very nice restaurant right up the street in walking distance. In addition, Uber is also an option. There is also a laundromat maybe 8 minutes a way by Uber. There’s also plenty of shopping nearby in walking distance for clothes and a supermarket. The stay at this Hilton was amazing and I would definitely recommend for families.
