Well, Iā€™ve checked the reviews and found so many positive comments on it, so, I actually made my booking on the same day of arrival, although the check in was super easy and quick. Very friendly staff. Great location in which is near to bus station and definitely istiklal street. Clean rooms. The breakfast was at the 8th floor and the view was great. Variety of food was great as well. Also, the staff who were at the breakfast were super helpful and friendly, especially Rasha (from Yemen), Claudia (from Lebanon) and Khadijah (from Asia). I loved the diverse culture of employees and would like definitely to thank Aukan (hopefully I am writing the name correctly) who helped us with the room (he is Turkish). Overall, I loved my stay there and would definitely come again. Good value for money.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend for 3 nights. The location is the top point of this hotel, from here you can easily reach the most beautiful areas! Breakfast good but could improve with some more variety. The view of Istanbul from the eighth floor of the breakfast room is 10/10! Very kind and attentive staff and above all available for any questions. My friend has already booked for her next stay at this property with her family.

This is a terrible place to stay. It was horribly hot and the AC wasn't working, even when we repeatedly complained, nothing was done. We had booked 4 rooms, it was the same in all the rooms. The bathroom wasn't working. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Donā€™t go to this hotel ever!!!
Make yourself a favor and stay out of this horrible hotel. The staff in the front desk seems nice till you have a problem. We took 3 rooms for a family holiday and in the bar of the hotel they party till 3am!!! The noise was too much and got worse in each night after. The staff did nothing to help! I heard another guest complain about it in the 3rd day of my stay and they acted surprised like they never heard of this complaint before. They didnā€™t want to cancel our stay and wouldnā€™t allow it. Find yourself a better place to stay.

Highly recommend this hotel, the staff are extremely helpful, polite and well mannered. Even though the hotel is positioned in quite a busy area with a bar below noise is minimal within the hotel itself. We booked a double room and upon arrival were upgraded to a larger more spacious room, quite generous. The room we stayed in was very well decorated also thoroughly clean. Breakfast is served on a roof terrace which has a large seating area the food is of a high quality with a good choice. Some improvements could be made in the lighting upon the stairs leading to the roof terrace it is rather dark. Overall I shall definitely be revisiting this hotel well worth it.

Unbearable noise
My room faced a wall making the room feel as a prison. Size was tiny and hardly any space to walk around the room. Below the room was a cafe which was noisy till early hours of the morning making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, you could hear every guest who closed their room door due to loud bang ! If you want to sleep choose somewhere else !!
