While I did like the hotel and their cleaning staff, what I had an issue with was their taxi service that they provided and how they went about solving the issue. They charged us 60 euros, for a ride that was about 45, where we had to wait about 25 minutes at the airport. But worst of all, the driver stopped on the way in some unsafe areas, without any communication. We had no idea what was happening, we would ask him and he would just thumbs up while taking us on random routes. We had to show him our phone and guide him second by second. When we relayed our experience to the hotel, they didn’t tell us whether they resolved it, nor did they do anything about it.
