Kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağim bir otel. Otopark sıkıntısı yok Temizlik çok iyi Odalar konforlu Özellikle spa kısmı hem hijyen hemde hizmet açısından çok bsşarılı Spa bölümünde giyinme dolaplarına bulunan havlu bornoz vb. Eşyaların nizamı bir şekilde hazır bulunması çok şık hareket olmuş. Ayrıca standart oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen konaklamamızı upgrade yapmaları da güzel bir hareket.

I had a really bad experience with one of the front desk staff, called Gotehan he was very rude , even when i complained to the manager, i asked him if this is how you speak to customers, he said yes, poor customer service considering I stayed in this hotel for over 2 weeks, i will never stay in this hotel again
