The Staff were nice and helpful, delicious Turkish breakfast! we booked the suite for 4 people, the room was big enough but the sofa bed was not convenient. The floor which they serve breakfast doesnā€™t have access to the elevator so for my mom was a little hard to come there.

When we arrived to the hotel the person was there didn't helped us with Luggage we had to take them up to the 4 th floor with 3 kids also after check out the stuff didn't even offer the help with our luggages which is unacceptable. when I asked for new towels the receptionist told me to wait until morning ti get new ones

My hotel room was very spacious, cleaned daily. The location of the hotel property was very good which was few minutes walk to the high street where you can shop. Blue Mosque not very far away. My only concern was not enough variety for breakfast Buffett. I will definitely revisit this hotel.

Overall was ok! The air conditioner was old and made a very loud noise.. nothing was done after I complained.. this was a party night area so unless you are young and wishing to party all night I wouldnā€™t recommend! Cars were blasting music at 3 am party people were loud! The hotel was very clean and location was great!

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is good for the price, but I got bored after four days of the same breakfast and I was also bored to go out because the road to get to Stefanyi station is very tiring because of its steep slope and it is considered far from Taksim Square especially after returning from walking all day

Location is excellent for the main shopping street and transport fir elsewhere. Full facilities for self catering and even a gym too. Breakfast was disappointing with hot section cold and flies on the bread and fruit. Good food options if the latter issues were addressed.

Property is conveniently located in the Taksim/Istiklal area, however, the noise level is ridiculously high. I was unable to sleep most nights, because of the noise from the streets and nearby rooms. Hotel should look to see if they can reduce noise by soundproofing their rooms.
