Disappointing
I was asked to wait 10 mins while they readied my room, after an hour I checked to see if it was ready and I was told "we didn't want to disturb you" when I inquired as to why they didn't come get me when it was ready. The room was supposed to be non smoking and stunk like smoke and had a cigarette burn in the furniture, bathroom door had a big crack in the glass, there was a hole in the wall by the door to the room. The curtain didn't come all the way down so left a 5" gap to let the light from the park in. Also paid for a "sea view" room and had to lean against the window to get it. When arriving and departing no offer to help with luggage up the very steep ramp. The whole hotel felt as if they didn't care.
