The property is really well located in the centre of Sultanahmet. Lots of food options nearby and the area was always very lively. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Bathrooms could be more clean but overall room was clean.

It was a small property but overall reasonable. However some issues happened related to A/C cooling which affected the systems and created discomfort. The hotel however did tried to arrange fans for us to somehow manage the 2 nights and as a consolation arranged airport transfer for us themselves. So for us since that A/C was out of their control Iā€™ll give them a benefit of doubt. However theyā€™ll need to improve their housekeeping services as for a 9.0 rates hotel the housekeeping was very poor

This is a decent hotel with many facilities available, and breakfast is included. The staff is very helpful- they helped carry our luggage in and out, arranged for cabs, tours etc. The family suite was big enough for 4 and clean. Would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The area outside the hotel is not the most clean and tidy, but thatā€™s true for almost all hotels in the old city.

Six of us stayed in the family room. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. They provided a fantastic breakfast in the morning. The twin bunk bed was very noisy. I would recommend not putting an adult on the bed due to the noise.
