Expensive but comfortable and convenient

Great facility for a layover where we were stuck outside gates until our airline opened. Get your free membership with yotel and get a 20% discount on food (very expensive!!) and your stay.

We had an overnight layover with kids and it was very convenient and relaxing to stay at the yotel. Staff was very friendly, check in and out super fast and food delivery to room was a nice touch as well. We’ll be back. Thank you!

The suite I have book wasn’t ready. Sofa bed didn’t have pillows, sheets, and blankets. I had to report twice to the receptionist within an hour until some from personal showed up. Bar servants are rude and unprofessional. Taking into account the prices - a service quality is unacceptable.

too pricey. room was functional with little room. Walls were not sound proof and we could hear people in the corridor making it difficult to sleep. If we had a choice, we would have not chosen the hotel.

My wife and I needed a place to sleep briefly on a layover from domestic Turkey to an international flight. It was extremely confusing about the story of "Landside" and "Airside", I hadn't realized we booked "Landside" rather than "airside" for the connection to our international flight. And I needed wheelchair assistance and the Turkish airlines staff didn't know how to handle it. But after a long wait for the Turkish airline staff, and a huge walk through the gigantic airport, we finallyi found it. Once we were there it was great. Much welcome choice (although the confusion really did not help)

This is a superb facility in Istanbul Ataturk Airport. It is sparkling clean amd a wonderful respote if you have a long layover. It's only flaw is that it is on the edgy side of hotel technology, so you need to know how to operate the shower before you get a blast of cold water. I have used the hotel twice and surely will again.
