A private, elevated walkway leads from the lower shaded deck right down to the beach. Oceanfront, with a deep lot and plenty of parking, this home is located on one of the most popular streets in Surf City. South Shore Drive is conveniently located to everything and is a low mileage street (25 mph) perfect for taking a quick walk or bike ride to the pier, restaurants or the Surf City Ocean Pier (.05 mile) IGA for groceries. This dog-friendly property allows one dog max for an additional non-refundable fee of $300.
On the inside you will find everything is fresh and new. With contemporary coastal decor, soothing colors, and comfortable seating and beds. Bed linens, bath linens and kitchen towels are provided by a professional linen company, leaving no question that they are clean and sanitary. There is no need to bring these things from home. Beds will be made prior to guest arrival.
In the kitchen you are greeted with gleaming countertops and new appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. A Keurig and a traditional coffee maker are also provided. A Welcome Kit including basic first night necessities such as: bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish washing and laundry soap will be left for you on the counter and is included in your stay.
For entertainment there are smart TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room to log into your favorite channels. The WIFI is strong and able to handle all your portable device and streaming needs.
House Plan: Guests enter on the ground floor into the foyer and proceed up the stairs to the second floor. The garage is not available for guest use. On the second floor you will find the oceanfront master bedroom which opens onto the lower deck. It has a king-sized bed and a private master bathroom with double sinks and a large glass, walk-in shower. Proceed down the hallway and you will pass the laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer. Next you will come to the hallway bathroom. This bathroom has a second door that opens onto the second floor king bedroom. Next door to the second floor king bedroom is the bunkroom. The bunkroom is a cozy nook that contains one set of built-in twin bunk beds. Proceed up the stairs and you will be on the third (top) floor, featuring a light filled living room with panoramic ocean views. The dining area and kitchen with bar seating are open to the living room. Tucked behind the kitchen is the third floor queen bedroom. Beside it is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each deck has a table and chairs for guests to enjoy the beautiful views and ocean breezes.
There is no landline telephone in this home and no cable television, with Smart TVs provided instead. There is no grill provided, but grills are available to rent through various local rental companies if desired. Grilling is allowed only in the parking area, away from the house.
There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
